Today marks an important milestone for Quantum Tiger as we strengthen our long-term commitment to building deep engineering talent in collaboration with academia.

We are pleased to welcome Chirag Nahata, Snigdha Ghosh, & Somyadip Ghosh as Engineering Staff Members in our team. This is not a short internship, it is a structured, long-horizon industry–academia partnership that allows exceptional students to work on frontier #AI & systems engineering while still prioritizing their academic journey.

The program is designed to give them early exposure to real-world research, foundation model engineering, & deep systems work, without compromising their studies. We are treating them as part of our core technical cohort from day one, with all the responsibilities & opportunities that come with being at the heart of a company building next-generation AI infrastructure.

Over the next one year, they will grow with Quantum Tiger, contribute to foundational work, and gain the kind of hands-on experience that is rarely available this early in a career.

This partnership reflects our belief that India’s next wave of breakthrough AI engineering will come from a seamless bridge between rigorous academic training and industry-grade problem-solving. We are proud to be creating that bridge, and even prouder to have these young engineers take their first steps across it with us.
